3. Coaching Services
Accent coaching is individualized, and progress varies from person to person. Accent Studio does not guarantee any particular outcome, level of improvement, timeframe, employment result, promotion, or other personal or professional result.
Recommendations, exercises, and strategies provided during coaching are intended to support communication development and should be practiced and applied according to each client’s individual goals and circumstances.

4. Virtual Sessions
Accent Studio currently provides coaching virtually. Clients are responsible for having an appropriate internet connection, compatible device, and suitable environment for participating in online sessions.
While reasonable efforts are made to provide reliable virtual services, Accent Studio is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet outages, third-party platforms, equipment failures, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Prices for services are displayed or communicated before purchase or booking and are subject to change.
Any applicable cancellation, rescheduling, refund, package expiration, or no-show policies will be disclosed during the booking or purchasing process. By scheduling or purchasing a service, you agree to the policies presented at that time.
