Accent Studio Coaching Policies

These policies explain the payment, refund, cancellation, rescheduling, and attendance terms applicable to Accent Studio coaching services. They supplement the Accent Studio Terms of Use. By checking the required agreement box at booking or purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the applicable policies.

1. Complimentary Discovery Session

The 15–20-minute Discovery Session is complimentary and provides an opportunity to discuss your communication goals, ask questions, and determine whether Accent Studio is a good fit.

No payment is required, and refunds do not apply. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please use the available booking options or contact Accent Studio.

The Discovery Session is separate from the paid Coaching Program and is not counted as one of its 13 sessions.

2. Accent Studio Coaching Program

The Accent Studio Coaching Program consists of 13 individual, one-hour virtual coaching sessions tailored to your communication goals.

The program fee is $2,000 for all 13 sessions, representing a discounted rate compared with the standard individual coaching rate of $175 per hour.

The program includes an initial assessment session. This assessment is part of the 13-session program and is not an additional session.

Program Duration

All 13 sessions must be completed within 12 months of the program start date. Any sessions remaining after this period will be forfeited and will not be eligible for a refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Please contact Accent Studio if circumstances arise that may affect your ability to complete the program within this period.

Refunds for Early Withdrawal

If you choose to discontinue the 13-session Coaching Program before completing it, you may request a refund of the unused portion of the program fee.

A minimum deduction equivalent to two sessions ($307.70) applies to all early-withdrawal refunds. This minimum accounts for the initial assessment, evaluation of your communication patterns, and development of your personalized coaching plan. It includes the initial assessment session and is not an additional charge. Each additional completed session, or session missed without notice, is deducted at $153.85.

Your refund is calculated by subtracting the applicable deductions from the $2,000 program fee. Refunds will not exceed the amount paid and will never be less than zero.

Example: If you withdraw after completing four sessions, including the initial assessment, the total deduction is $615.40 (four sessions at $153.85), and your estimated refund is $1,384.60.

If you withdraw after completing only the initial assessment, the minimum deduction of $307.70 applies, leaving an estimated refund of $1,692.30.

3. Individual Continued Coaching Sessions

Individual Continued Coaching sessions are available at the standard rate of $175 per one-hour session, unless another price is expressly communicated at the time of booking.

Once an individual session is confirmed and paid for, the payment is non-refundable. You may reschedule by providing at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are not eligible for a refund.

4. Attendance and Virtual Sessions

All coaching sessions are delivered virtually through Google Meet.

Clients are responsible for joining on time and ensuring they have a suitable device, a reliable internet connection, and an appropriate environment for the session.

For the 13-session program, missed sessions without notice are treated as completed sessions when calculating any refund. For individual Continued Coaching sessions, the cancellation and refund terms in Section 3 apply.

If a technical issue on Accent Studio’s side prevents a session from taking place, Accent Studio will work with the client to arrange a replacement session.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients who need to cancel or reschedule a session should provide as much notice as possible and use the available booking options or contact Accent Studio.

The 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling requirement applies to individual Continued Coaching sessions. For sessions within the 13-session program, clients should contact Accent Studio promptly to discuss scheduling changes and available alternatives.

Any rescheduling arrangements remain subject to availability and the 12-month program completion period.

7. Policy Updates

Accent Studio may revise these policies from time to time. Each version will display its effective date and version number.

The version presented to and accepted by a client at the time of purchase or booking will govern that transaction, except where a change is separately agreed to or applicable law requires otherwise.

Updated policies will apply to future purchases and bookings. Accent Studio will retain previous versions for reference.

8. Relationship to the Terms of Use

These Coaching Program Policies supplement the Accent Studio Terms of Use and should be read together with them. If you have questions about these policies before purchasing, please contact Accent Studio.

Nothing in these policies limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.
